Overview

• The free jobs fair runs Wednesday, November 5, from 10am to 2pm at Wythenshawe Forum, with tickets available online.
• More than 500 vacancies span hospitality, retail, engineering, airport services, car parks and bussing, including roles such as air traffic control officers, engineers, firefighters and lounge staff.
• Over 20 airport-based employers are set to attend, including Fever Tree, JD Wetherspoon, Airport Retail Enterprises, Dnata, Mitie and AES.
• The Airport Academy, run with Trafford & Stockport College Group, will offer free, fully accredited pre-employment training for eligible jobseekers on Jobseekers’ Allowance.
• Successful applicants can access benefits such as public transport discounts, free on-site parking during shifts and holidays, a competitive pension, training programmes and retail discounts.
