Man Slashes Throat of Passerby Who Confronted Him for Urinating on Car in NYC

The incident occurred around 5 p.m. on Sunday, and the victim was left in critical condition.
The suspect, who was wielding a box cutter, fled the scene and remains at large.
Two other witnesses were present during the altercation but were not injured.
The NYPD has released surveillance images of the suspect and is asking for the public's help in identifying him.
