Man Shot Dead by Police in Thetford After Two-Vehicle Crash

The IOPC has launched an independent investigation following a Norfolk Police referral.

  • A man believed to be one of the drivers left the scene holding what was described as a handgun and was shot by armed officers a short distance away, dying at the scene.
