Overview

• Deputies arrived around 10 a.m. Saturday at the Park Row Drive complex and found a 43-year-old woman and her 7-year-old son fatally shot in the child’s bedroom.
• A 19-year-old daughter and her boyfriend, asleep in another room, escaped unharmed during the incident.
• The 42-year-old husband was flown to a hospital with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and pronounced dead.
• A pistol was recovered at the scene and law enforcement officials say there is no ongoing risk to the public.
• Authorities have not released the victims’ names as homicide detectives and CSI teams continue forensic processing at the apartment.
