O'Connor pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering, facing up to 20 years in prison for each charge.
O'Connor will forfeit over $794,000, pay restitution to victims, and faces a maximum sentence of 77 years when he is sentenced on June 23.
