  • A police helicopter tracked him on a 50-kilometre pursuit along the Hume Highway and M5 Motorway before he rammed a boom gate in a restricted zone at Sydney Airport and was arrested.
  • Officers allege Young tested positive for methamphetamine in a roadside screening and that a small amount of the drug was concealed inside his phone.
  • In Downing Centre Local Court on June 11, the 47-year-old pleaded guilty to dangerous driving, failing to stop, property destruction, drug possession and breaching bail.
  • He was refused bail and is due to be sentenced in Campbelltown Local Court on June 17.
