Man Indicted for Second-Degree Murder After Crashing SUV Into Apple Store, Killing 1

Rein was indicted on 25 charges, including second-degree murder, motor vehicle homicide, and assault and battery with a deadly weapon..
Rein pleaded not guilty to all charges and was released on $100,000 bail with conditions like GPS monitoring and a weapons ban.
The crash injured 22 people in addition to killing Kevin Bradley, a construction worker from New Jersey.
Prosecutors said Rein never hit the brakes and deliberately accelerated before crashing into the storefront.
