Man Graduates 41 Years Late Alongside His Son Due to Parrot Incident

Jonny Clothier, 62, completed his architecture degree in 1983 but was denied graduation over a £64.80 unpaid bill caused by a parrot's damage.
The University of Bristol abolished the rule preventing graduation for unpaid bills and allowed Clothier to graduate with his son Carter.
Clothier's entire family has now graduated from the University of Bristol, with his wife and three children also being alumni.
Clothier, who left architecture for a TV career, is now working on a net-zero treehouse project.
The graduation ceremony was described as a unique and memorable experience for both Jonny and Carter.
