Overview
- An L.A. County Fire Department aerial crew spotted a blue sedan at about 9:45 a.m. Friday near 58th Street East and Avenue H-10 in Lancaster.
- Deputies and firefighters reached the location off the roadway, found a man unresponsive inside the vehicle, and pronounced him dead at the scene.
- Officials said floodwater and terrain concealed the vehicle from view on nearby roads.
- The County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner-Coroner recovered the body and began the identification process.
