Man Dies in Brooklyn After Dispute Over Parking Spot

A dispute over an illegally parked vehicle leads to a fatal altercation outside a Brooklyn gas station.

A 61-year-old man died after being punched by a 30-year-old tow truck driver following a dispute over an illegally parked vehicle in Brooklyn, New York.
The incident occurred outside a Shell gas station on Clarkson Avenue in the East Flatbush neighborhood around 8:45 p.m. on Saturday.
The victim was transported to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The tow truck driver has been taken into custody, with charges pending as the investigation continues.
This Shell station parking lot was previously the scene of a screwdriver stabbing in July 2022.
