Man Connected to Victim's Church Arrested for Murder of New Jersey Councilwoman

An arrest has been made in the murder of New Jersey councilwoman Eunice Dwumfour, who was found fatally shot in her SUV outside her home in February.
Rashid Ali Bynum, 28, of Portsmouth, Virginia, has been charged with first-degree murder for Dwumfour's death.
Bynum was linked to a church Dwumfour belonged to and was listed as a contact in her phone.
Authorities tracked Bynum's cellphone to the area where Dwumfour was killed around the time of her murder.
Bynum was arrested in Virginia and awaits extradition to New Jersey to face charges.
