• Barry Davison, 48, was found with stab injuries on Uplands Road in Handsworth shortly before 10pm on 11 October and was pronounced dead at the scene.
• West Midlands Police have charged Stewart McInnes, 43, with murder and confirmed he is due before Birmingham magistrates on 14 October.
