Man Charged with Murder After Fatal E-Bike Hit-and-Run in Derbyshire

Keaton Muldoon, 23, faces murder and attempted murder charges following the death of Alana Armstrong and severe injuries to another victim.

Alana Armstrong, a 25-year-old mother of one, was killed in a hit-and-run incident involving a 4x4 vehicle on November 26 in Pleasley, Derbyshire.
The e-bike rider, a man in his 20s, suffered serious injuries, including the amputation of part of his leg, following the collision.
Keaton Muldoon, 23, from Mansfield, has been charged with murder and attempted murder and is set to appear in court on Friday.
Police allege a dark-colored Land Rover Discovery followed two e-bikes before ramming one, causing Armstrong and the rider to be thrown off, after which the vehicle fled the scene.
The vehicle was recovered and forensically examined, and a woman in her 30s was arrested and released on bail as part of the ongoing investigation.
