Overview
- NSW Police charged a 36-year-old man with seven offences, including reckless grievous bodily harm and grievous bodily harm by negligent act involving a vehicle, after an alleged attack in southwest Sydney.
- The man was arrested at a phone box on Camden Valley Way just before 11am and was refused bail to appear at Campbelltown Local Court on Thursday.
- Paramedics airlifted a 36-year-old woman to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition with injuries that include a broken pelvis, internal injuries and cuts to her head.
- Police allege an argument escalated inside the home, the woman was struck with a glass, and she was then run over outside as a vehicle left the scene; a second crime scene was established where the car was found.
- Officers found three children at the home unharmed, confirmed prior call-outs to the address not related to domestic violence, and appealed for witnesses or dashcam footage from around 8.30am to contact Crime Stoppers.
