Russian Citizen Sergey Ochigava Faces Trial for Alleged Stowaway Incident

Sergey Vladimirovich Ochigava, a man without a passport or ticket, managed to board a flight from Copenhagen to Los Angeles last month.
Ochigava, believed to be a Russian citizen, was discovered on board as he wasn't listed on the passenger manifest.
He was taken into custody carrying identification from Russia and Israel.
Ochigava pleaded not guilty to a violation of U.S. criminal code that bars people from stowing away on an airplane, a felony that carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison.
His trial is set to begin on Dec. 26.
