Man Arrested with Machete, Knife Outside U.S. Capitol

Marquez, who has no fixed address, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and possession of a prohibited weapon.
There is no evidence to suggest that Marquez was targeting members of Congress.
The U.S. Capitol Police officer noticed the weapons while speaking with Marquez, who was seen pacing and then sitting on a ledge of the Capitol.
This incident marks the second time in as many months that a man has been arrested carrying a dangerous weapon near the Capitol.
