Victims received messages from aliases 'Charlie' and 'Abi' attempting to obtain explicit photos.
Former Conservative MP William Wragg resigned after admitting to sharing colleagues' numbers under pressure from the scammer.
The investigation, led by the Met’s Parliamentary Liaison and Investigation Team, remains ongoing.
