The suspect was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit fraud and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
The Department of Health is suing PPE Medpro for £122m over alleged breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
Baroness Mone and Barrowman deny any wrongdoing in relation to the contracts.
