Man Accused of Raping Stepdaughter Kills Her and Himself in Acton

Juliano Santana, out on bail and under GPS monitoring, abducted and murdered his 16-year-old stepdaughter before committing suicide.

Santana had been arrested in 2021 for sexually assaulting his stepdaughter over nearly two years.
He was released on $30,000 bail and ordered to wear a GPS monitor and avoid contact with the victim.
The abduction occurred after school near the girl's home; police tracked Santana's location via his GPS device.
Santana and the girl were found dead in a vehicle in a parking lot near her residence.
The girl's school is providing mental health support to students and staff affected by the tragedy.
