Man Accused of Brutally Killing His 82-Year-Old Mother in Hotel Parking Lot

An 82-year-old woman was allegedly fatally struck by her son's pickup truck in a Marlborough hotel parking lot.
The woman's 53-year-old son, Daniel Uhlman, faces multiple charges including armed assault to murder a person over 60.
According to police, Uhlman allegedly physically attacked and struck his mother with her own truck during an altercation in the parking lot.
Uhlman had previously attacked his mother with knives in 2014, though she survived that incident.
Uhlman pleaded not guilty and will undergo a mental competency evaluation.
