Man Abducted as Child in 1951 Reunites with Family After 70 Years

Luis Armando Albino was abducted from an Oakland park in 1951 at the age of 6 by a woman who lured him with candy.
Albino's niece, Alida Alequin, discovered a DNA match in 2020 that led to his identification and reunion with his family.
Albino, now a retired firefighter and Marine Corps veteran, was raised by a couple on the East Coast after his abduction.
The family, who had never given up hope, finally reunited with Albino in California in June 2024.
Albino's brother Roger, who was with him during the abduction, passed away in August 2024 after meeting his long-lost sibling.
