Overview

• More than 85 past cast and crew members reunited at a pre-show cocktail reception at Winnie’s Broadway on August 1 before attending an invited dress rehearsal.
• Previews for the revival began August 2 at the Winter Garden Theatre, marking the show’s return to its original Broadway home after a ten-year hiatus.
• Christine Sherrill stars as Donna with Amy Weaver as Sophie, Carly Sakolove as Rosie and Jalynn Steele as Tanya alongside Rob Marnell, Jim Newman, Victor Wallace and Grant Reynolds.
• Director Phyllida Lloyd, choreographer Anthony Van Laast and designer Mark Thompson return to lead the production, which features ABBA’s music and lyrics by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus.
• The six-month limited engagement runs through February 1, 2026, includes 25 Broadway debuts and follows the musical’s record-breaking Broadway run and two film adaptations.
