Malden Woman Charged With Threatening to Kill Federal Agents During ICE Arrest

A magistrate judge released her under supervision with mental-health requirements pending further proceedings.

Overview

  • Prosecutors say Bethany Abigail Terrill, 37, confronted agents from HSI, ICE and the FBI during a Sept. 29 immigration arrest outside Malden District Court.
  • Charging documents allege she pushed through officers while filming, ignored repeated orders to back up and denounced the agents as Nazis.
  • According to the complaint, she shouted, "Charlie Kirk died, and we love it… we're coming for you, gonna kill you," a threat captured on body cameras and her phone.
  • Court papers say that after agents replayed her video, Terrill stated, "We are coming for you. We don't like Nazis in America."
  • She appeared in Boston federal court and was released on conditions including supervision, stay-away restrictions and mental-health monitoring; the case remains pending with a maximum possible 10-year sentence if convicted.
