Malden Woman Charged With Threatening to Kill Federal Agents During Courthouse Immigration Arrest

Prosecutors cite recordings from body cameras plus a phone during a multi-agency immigration arrest outside Malden District Court.

  • Bethany Abigail Terrill, 37, was arrested and charged with threatening a U.S. official, with an initial appearance scheduled Thursday afternoon in Boston federal court.
  • Court papers say she pushed toward agents from HSI, ICE and the FBI outside Malden District Court on Sept. 29 while shouting at them and recording on her phone.
  • Prosecutors allege she yelled, “Charlie Kirk died, and we love it… we’re coming for you, gonna kill you,” after addressing agents as Nazis and “disgusting.”
  • Agents identifiable by badges and body cameras detained her and seized her phone, and both the bodycam footage and her video captured the alleged threat, according to the filing.
  • The charge carries a maximum of 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release and a $250,000 fine, and the case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Luke A. Goldworm.
