Overview

  • Physical editions collect all four titles in a double-LP and double-CD set.
  • McCraven issued lead tracks today: “Imafan” (PopUp Shop), “Away” (Hidden Out!), “Technology” (Techno Logic), “Choo Choo” (The People’s Mixtape).
  • Techno Logic spans performances in London in 2017, Berlin in 2024 and New York in 2025 with Ben LaMar Gay and Theon Cross.
  • The People’s Mixtape draws from a January 2025 Public Records show; Hidden Out! documents a June 2017 Hideout residency; PopUp Shop comes from his 2015 Los Angeles debut.
  • The release marks his first new recordings since 2022’s In These Times and coincides with a fall tour across the U.S. and Europe, including Jazzfest Berlin on Oct. 31 and the EFG London Jazz Festival on Nov. 19.
