Overview
- The A8 Albaufstieg toward Munich will be fully closed between Mühlhausen im Täle and Merklingen from 17–20 October and again from 31 October–3 November for resurfacing and bridge works, with long-range detours via the A6/A7 and a plea to avoid local shortcuts.
- The A40 shuts both ways between Kreuz Duisburg and Duisburg-Kaiserberg from 21:00 on 17 October to 05:00 on 20 October to remove a disused bridge, with additional ramp closures in the Kreuz Kaiserberg as part of a multi‑year modernization running into 2027.
- Berlin’s A100 toward Wedding enters phased restrictions through 8 November, including lane reductions and successive junction closures from Buschkrugallee to Tempelhofer Damm, plus A113 morning closures at Späthstraße on 19 October and 2 November.
- Magdeburg began preparations on 13 October for demolishing the dilapidated Ringbrücke over Brenneckestraße, building a sand fall-bed before main teardown starts in the week of 20 October and temporary bridges follow in early November.
- At the Rüsselsheimer Dreieck, clearance after A67 bridge demolitions is taking longer than planned, extending the closure and causing queues in both directions with no firm reopening time announced.
