Major Drug Seizures in Ireland: Over €39 Million in Illegal Substances Confiscated

Irish authorities have arrested three men in their 40s following significant drug seizures at Cork and Rosslare ports.

A joint operation at the Port of Cork resulted in the seizure of drugs worth tens of millions of euros, believed to be crystal meth.
Two men were arrested in Cork and Kerry after follow-up searches, with two firearms also seized.
At Rosslare Europort, a man was arrested following the discovery of €6.4m worth of cannabis and cocaine.
The Cork Port operation uncovered drugs valued at €32.8 million, marking one of the largest seizures in recent times.
The seizures were part of ongoing investigations into organized crime and drug smuggling, involving multiple law enforcement units.
