Overview

  • Deportivo Maipú hosts Atlético Güemes at Omar Higinio Sperdutti on Sunday at 17:00 in its final home game of the regular phase with a win required to better defend its spot in the Torneo Reducido.
  • Probable lineups published by local outlets list Enzo Pérez among Maipú’s starters, a notable presence that the club and fans see as a boost to team morale.
  • Relegated Atlético Güemes arrives having ended a 16-match winless run with a 2-1 victory over Almagro, giving the visitors renewed confidence despite their drop to Federal A.
  • Match logistics confirmed by multiple reports name Juan Nebbietti as referee and LPF Play as the streaming platform for the fixture.
  • Maipú sits eighth with 48 points with San Martín de San Juan one point behind and San Martín de Tucumán close by, so Sunday’s result will shape which teams reach the Octogonal and set Maipú’s final opponent on the last date.
