Nach 26 Jahren Studium hat ein 50-jähriger Langzeitstudent einer Gerichtsentscheidung zufolge keinen Anspruch auf Wohngeld. Das Verwaltungsgericht Mainz wies die Klage laut Mitteilung ab, nachdem der Dauerstudent Leistungen beantragt hatte.
