Maine Man Indicted for Killing Parents, 2 Others in Rampage
- Joseph Eaton confessed to killing his parents and two others at a property in Bowdoin and injuring three people while shooting at vehicles on Interstate 295 in Yarmouth.
- Eaton has been indicted for four counts of murder and additional charges related to shootings in Maine earlier this year.
- The indictment includes 16 charges in total, including nine counts of theft of a firearm and a count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
- Eaton is also charged with aggravated cruelty to animals for killing the Egers' goldendoodle.
