Mahindra Rolls Out Anniversary Perks on BE 6, XEV 9e as XEV 9S Debut Nears

The benefits aim to accelerate early EV sales ahead of rival SUV launches.

The Maruti Suzuki e Vitara made its debut at the Auto Expo. As of now, we do not know the specifications of the model that will go on sale in the Indian market. However, what we do know is that Maruti Suzuki will launch the e Vitara on December 2nd. There could be two battery packs on offer with a range of up to 500 km. It will be based on the Heartect-e EV platform.

Mahindra XEV 9S To Get These Features
The Safari is currently the flagship vehicle that the brand sells in the Indian market. Tata Motors is preparing to launch the Safari now with a petrol engine. Till now, the SUV has been offered only with a diesel engine. Once the petrol engine is launched, the starting price will fall, making the Safari accessible to more customers. The Safari with a petrol engine will debut on December 9th.

  • Mahindra confirmed a November 27 reveal for the XEV 9S, its first three-row electric SUV on the INGLO platform, with teasers showing a triple-screen cabin, front memory seat, panoramic roof, adjustable second row and Harman Kardon audio.
  • Maruti Suzuki will launch the e Vitara on December 2 with two battery options and production for both India and exports, while Tata’s Sierra EV is slated to follow its ICE debut later this year.
