Mahindra Logs 93,689 SUV Bookings in Four Hours for XEV 9S and XUV 7XO

Phased deliveries begin with higher XUV 7XO variants now, with XEV 9S handovers slated for later in January.

Overview

  • Bookings opened on January 14 for both models with a refundable Rs 21,000 token available online and at dealerships.
  • Mahindra said the opening window generated a booking value exceeding Rs 20,500 crore based on ex-showroom prices.
  • XEV 9S pricing starts at Rs 19.95 lakh and runs up to Rs 29.45 lakh with 59 kWh, 70 kWh and 79 kWh battery options and claimed ranges up to 679 km.
  • Deliveries of the XEV 9S are scheduled to start on January 23 and roll out in phases through the week of January 26.
  • XUV 7XO deliveries have begun for AX7, AX7T and AX7L trims, with remaining variants slated to dispatch from April 2026 and features including a standard triple-screen cabin on a software-focused architecture.
