Pune emerged as the leading city with 11,056 registrations, marking a 39% rise from the previous year.
The two-wheeler segment saw 52,153 registrations, up 28%, while four-wheelers reached 22,327, a 30% growth year-on-year.
The total value of vehicles registered in Pune during the week was estimated at ₹300 crore, reflecting strong consumer spending.
The surge underscores the cultural significance of Gudi Padwa as an auspicious time for purchases and highlights robust demand in Maharashtra's automobile market.
