Overview

• Each municipal council and nagar panchayat will develop one garden under the scheme, with a one-year deadline for completion.
• The state will rate the completed projects before selecting divisional winners for additional support.
• Divisional awards will provide ₹5 crore for first place, ₹3 crore for second place, and ₹1 crore for third place as development funds.
• Prize money will be routed to the respective local bodies to further enhance the selected gardens.
