Overview
- CM Devendra Fadnavis announced a ₹31,628 crore package covering crop losses, soil erosion, housing, shops and ex-gratia, with ₹17,675 crore earmarked as crop compensation.
- Farmers will receive ₹47,000 in cash per damaged hectare plus ₹3 lakh via the Employment Guarantee Scheme, ₹10,000 per hectare for the Rabi season, ₹32,000 per lost animal and ₹30,000 per damaged well.
