- Opposition leaders met the Chief Electoral Officer and State Election Commissioner for a second day and sought postponement of civic and local body elections until the rolls are corrected.
- The State Election Commissioner said voter lists from last year’s Assembly polls will be used as is with only clerical corrections allowed and a fixed cut-off of July 1, 2025.
