Maharashtra Man Declared Dead Revives After Ambulance Hits Speed Breaker

Pandurang Ulpe, a 65-year-old man from Kolhapur, Maharashtra, was declared dead at a private hospital after suffering a heart attack on December 16, 2024.
While being transported home for his last rites, Ulpe's family noticed his fingers moving after the ambulance hit a speed breaker.
The ambulance was redirected to another hospital, where doctors confirmed he was alive and performed an angioplasty during a two-week recovery period.
Ulpe, a devotee of Lord Vitthal, attributed his survival to divine blessings and is now back home after walking out of the hospital earlier this week.
The hospital that initially declared him dead has not provided a comment on the incident, which has raised questions about medical errors in such cases.
