Overview

• Ministers approved a ₹38.99 lakh stamp duty waiver on the lease agreement under the Maharashtra Stamp Act.
• The state allotted 10 hectares at Tambati in Khalapur taluka on a 30-year lease at ₹1 per year to Tata Memorial Centre.
• The facility is planned as an Integrated Ayurvedic Cancer Hospital and Research Centre with 100 beds for treatment and research.
• At least 12% of beds will be available at subsidised rates under government health schemes, and one attendant per patient will get low-cost lodging.
