Overview

• Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has mandated that every departmental clearance—from environmental to land and forest permissions—be processed online through the integrated MAITRI portal.
• An anonymous grievance redressal feature will be embedded in MAITRI to allow entrepreneurs to flag bureaucratic delays without fear of reprisal.
• The Water Resources Department is instructed to match industrial water supply to project demand and fast-track power substation projects in Majalgaon, Dighi, Butibori, Chamorshi, Jaipur and the PM Mitra textile park in Amravati.
• The Public Works Department must expedite the Shendra–Bidkin road connection to the Samruddhi Expressway and improve key access routes in growing industrial zones such as Butibori.
• The government will ensure timely issuance of ‘consent to establish’ and ‘consent to operate’ permits, eliminate redundant approvals, and develop consolidated land allotment and labour welfare frameworks.
