• MSRDC will receive ₹775.58 crore in staggered payments to cover foregone tolls on the Vashi Creek Bridge
• Toll exemptions for light motor vehicles, school buses and state transport buses at five Mumbai entry plazas have been in place since October 14, 2024
• The toll collection period has been extended from the original November 18, 2026 deadline to September 17, 2029
• MSRDC must maintain and provide real-time vehicle count data by category from November 19, 2026 until September 17, 2029
• MEP Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. will continue to oversee maintenance of 27 flyovers and related structures in Mumbai and its suburbs
