Magic Kingdom Opens Holiday Parade to Day Guests, Restores Castle Show, and Adjusts ‘Disney Starlight’ Schedule

The shuffle signals crowd management priorities during Christmas week.

Overview

  • Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade will run for day guests December 22–31 at 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
  • Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away is scheduled nightly with two showings December 22–29 at 7:00 p.m. and 9:45 p.m., shifting to 6:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on December 30–31.
  • The official calendar lists single nightly Starlight performances January 6–8, 2026 at 7:45 p.m. only, with two shows on January 1–5 and 9–10; postings currently extend only through January 10.
  • After earlier reports of removal, Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration was added back for December 22 with shows at 7:50 p.m., 9:00 p.m., and 10:35 p.m., with no additional dates listed yet.
  • Holiday crowds have pushed the first Starlight performance to viewing-capacity limits, with cast members turning guests away and the Town Square Theater terrace opened for overflow.
