Madonna thanks loved ones for support during recovery after hospitalization for serious infection

Madonna was hospitalized in June for a serious bacterial infection and spent time in the ICU.
She postponed her Celebration World Tour dates but plans to resume the tour in Europe in October.
In an Instagram post, Madonna thanked her children and friends for their love and support during her illness and recovery.
She said her children's presence made all the difference and she saw a new side to them.
Madonna also expressed gratitude for a gift from her manager Guy Oseary and said she feels lucky to be alive.
