- Crime Intelligence presented CCTV showing a SAPS BMW allocated to Shadrack Sibiya’s office entering Katiso Molefe’s property on 27 November 2024 and Sgt FE Nkosi leaving with a white paper bag.
- Lt-Gen Dumisani Khumalo alleged obstruction of justice by certain Hawks members, JMPD officer Johannes Mokgatle and Sgt Nkosi, and identified Booi/Boy Mthethwa as the person who activated the Hawks’ presence at Molefe’s home.
- Khumalo testified that Sibiya sometimes uses a Toyota bakkie registered to bodyguard Stuart James Scharnick, who has multiple convictions, noting the matter remains under investigation.
