Police warn of possible disorientation after seizures.

  • Wells was last seen around 7 p.m. Tuesday leaving on foot from the area of Flower Lane and Gammon Road to buy cigarettes from a nearby gas station.
  • He is described as 6 feet tall and about 200 pounds with hazel eyes, gray shoulder-length hair, a mustache or goatee, and sleeve tattoos on both arms.
  • He was last seen wearing a black-and-white checkered beret and sweatshirt or hoodie, a navy long-sleeve shirt, blue sweatpants, and gray tennis shoes.
  • Police note he is deaf and may become confused after a seizure, and he typically stays on sidewalks and in well-lit areas.
