Madhya Pradesh Sets Feb. 20–28 Board-Pattern Exams for Classes 5 and 8

The rollout uses uniform papers via a new portal to manage 2.49 million students across 12,920 centres.

Overview

  • The Rajya Shiksha Kendra confirmed centrally framed question papers with common evaluation and result processing for the 2025–26 session.
  • About 24.9 lakh candidates from government, private and madrasa institutions will participate, spanning 1,10,615 schools across the state.
  • Separate NCERT-based language papers will be provided for 20,736 students in 522 private schools, with other subjects based on state textbooks.
  • A dedicated IT platform will handle student verification, centre allocation, centre-head mapping, material distribution, roll numbers and admit cards, attendance, evaluation and marksheet generation.
  • Centre heads are authorised to seat eligible students who missed registration for valid reasons, with their details to be updated in the system after the exams.
