- Dr. Rajesh Rajora will serve as Additional Chief Secretary of the Narmada Valley Development Authority and the Water Resources Department.
- Sanjay Dube takes charge of the Urban Administration and Development Department with added oversight of Science and Technology while Sanjay Shukla assumes responsibilities in General Administration, Chief Secretary Office Coordination, Aviation and the Employees Selection Board.
- D.P. Ahuja moves from Fisheries Welfare to the Cooperatives Department as Principal Secretary and M. Selvendran shifts to the General Administration Department as Secretary (Personnel).
- Nishant Warwade is appointed Secretary of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare; Prabal Sipaha becomes Commissioner of Higher Education; Rakhi Sahay takes over as Secretary of the MP Public Service Commission in Indore; and Tanvi Hudda assumes additional charge as Managing Director of the MP Finance Corporation.
