• At a Parliament House meeting on July 31, CM Dr Mohan Yadav presented Prime Minister Modi with the ‘Virasat Se Vikaas Ki Rah’ booklet outlining his government’s 18-month progress across multiple sectors.
• The report highlights Madhya Pradesh’s gains in economic growth, industrial expansion, poverty alleviation, tribal and farmer welfare, women’s empowerment, health, education, urban development, infrastructure, tourism, cultural preservation and environmental initiatives.
• Yadav briefed Modi on the successful outcomes of recent investment-seeking missions to Dubai and Spain aimed at attracting new industrial projects to the state.
• Yadav also met Home Minister Amit Shah to update him on law-and-order improvements and cooperative sector advances, and held talks with other Union ministers on state priorities.
