Overview

• The session opens at 11 a.m. in Bhopal with the Governor’s address, followed by discussion on the address and a Motion of Thanks on February 17–18.
• Sittings are scheduled for February 16–20, February 23–27, and March 5–6, with no sittings on weekends, March 2 or March 4, and a Holi holiday on March 3.
• Private members’ business will be taken up in the last two-and-a-half hours on Fridays (February 20, February 27, March 6), with bill notices due by February 4 and resolution notices by February 5.
• Notices for adjournment motions and calling-attention motions will be accepted from February 10 in the Assembly office.
• The order was issued on January 13 and gazetted on January 15, confirming this as the ninth session of the 16th House and circulated to all 230 MLAs.
