Overview
- The 12 static figures opened to visitors on July 25 at Madame Tussauds museums in London, Blackpool, Amsterdam, Berlin, Budapest, Hollywood, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, Nashville, New York, Orlando and Sydney.
- A 13th figure began its touring residency in Shanghai on the same day, marking the first time a Taylor Swift waxwork will travel between Madame Tussauds locations.
- Each statue recreates a signature Eras Tour look, from the orange Versace ‘Lover’ leotard inspired by her Wembley Stadium performance to the red-to-black ombré ‘Red’ playsuit featured in Blackpool.
- More than 40 artists worked over 14 months, partnering with fashion houses such as Versace, Roberto Cavalli, Christian Louboutin, Vivienne Westwood, Alberta Ferretti and Etro to recreate the tour’s standout costumes.
- The rollout is Madame Tussauds’ largest multi-figure project in its 250-year history, surpassing previous tributes for Harry Styles and Lady Gaga.
