Overview

• The sheriff’s office published dashcam and bodycam footage from the Oct. 6 incident spanning Harrison Township, St. Clair Shores, Mount Clemens and Clinton Township.
• Prosecutors charged Thomas Edward Tackett, 52, of Port Huron, with 13 counts that include carjacking, four first-degree home invasions, fleeing and eluding, resisting police and reckless driving.
